Online Meditation

You have the opportunity to meditate in the comfort of your own home every Thursday and Sunday from 8 p.m. to around 8:45 p.m. (Swiss Time). The meditation sessions take place online via Zoom. It's important to ensure that you have a good internet connection and proper lighting so that your transformation process is effective, allowing you to stay continuously engaged in the process and address the issues.

Kundalini Shakti Meditation (Shaktipat)
in Your Preferred Ppace

Make yourself comfortable at home and join Martin for a lightful Shaktipat meditation session lasting 45 minutes. You can choose to enjoy the meditation in silence or play your favorite playlist of meditation music. Arrange the framework conditions to best facilitate your surrender and release during the meditation. Following the meditation, you will have the opportunity to share your experience or ask questions, in whatever way makes you feel most comfortable.

Online Shaktipat Meditations

With the help of Martin G. Armbruster, embark on transformative Shaktipat meditations and receive impulses from the source (Kundalini Shakti).
Increase your life energy (Chi) with this type of energy work and free yourself from old problems such as trauma, impressions and much more that hinder your further development.

The only thing required is Your dedication and Your surrender to the light.

With the help of Shaktipat meditations, your meridians and your chakras open. This enables very quick and easy spiritual development, more energy and significant relief in everyday life.

 

Sequence

Always Thursdays and Sundays from 8 p.m. (Swiss Time)
If you're interested in booking an online meditation session through Eventfrog, you can follow these steps:

  • Click on the booking button, which will redirect you to Eventfrog.

  • If you don't have an Eventfrog account yet, you can create one quickly.

  • Select the desired date on Eventfrog and proceed with the payment using your preferred payment method.

  • After completing the booking and payment, you will receive an email from Eventfrog containing the Zoom link for the online meditation session.

  • It's best to start the meditation at 7:45 p.m. and prepare a cozy atmosphere by lighting candles, playing music, and finding a comfortable and undisturbed place to sit or lie for the 45-minute session.

Online Meditation Procedure

  • Ensure that your camera is activated and position your device so that your upper body is visible approx. down to your hips.

  • Make sure Zoom is muted to avoid any unnecessary audio disruptions.

  • Ensure that you have enough lighting so that I can be clearly see you. 

  • Wear comfortable, light-colored clothing, preferably white, and pls. avoid dark blue or black on the upper body. 

  • Log in around 7:45 p.m. (Swiss Time) for the meditation session.

  • The session will start at 8:00 p.m. (Swiss Time) with a short introduction, followed by a brief chant, and then meditation in silence. Participants are asked to keep their eyes closed throughout the whole meditation.

  • Around 8:30 p.m. to 8:40 p.m. (Swiss Time), we have a short chant and come back from the meditation.

  • Optionally, you can ask a question or provide feedback to what has happened to you during the meditation.​
     

Open your heart: just let go. Surrender completely, without ideas, comparisons to previous sessions or other spiritual experiences; as ideas and comparisons can be limiting. Trust the process: What is ready will be transformed. The more one surrenders, the more is one able to change.
In surrender, a variety of perceptions and bodily phenomena often occur as a variety of issues are resolved.
Open your heart, trust the process, surrender completely - what is ready will change.
