Let's start the weekend in a relaxed and at the same time very transformative way with the Kundalini Shakti meditation.
You can book the meditation individually or together with the weekend workshop.
Increasing the energy through meditation on Friday evening is very beneficial for the workshop in order to get to deeper issues more quickly and to be able to resolve them.
