Workshops
The workshops take place at various locations in Switzerland and Germany. You can choose to start on Friday evening with a 90-Minute Meditation, or on Saturday at 10 a.m. Most people like to get started on Friday evening at 7 p.m., so they start at a different stage on Saturday and use the weekend therefore more intensively.

Shaktpat Meditations, Sessions & Exercises
Embark on transformative Shaktipat meditations with the guidance of Martin G. Armbruster and Andrea Helfrich to receive impulses from the source (Kundalini Shakti). This energy work is aimed at increasing your life energy (Chi) and releasing burdens such as blockages and trauma, facilitating rapid, effortless, and targeted personal development. Martin and Andrea provide support for both the male and female aspects of participants, aiding in the release of archetypal issues. All it takes is your dedication. Following the Shaktipat meditation, you can expect to experience immediate relief from these detachments.
Martin G. Armbruster practices knowledge and techniques that serve energetic development and the enlightenment process. With the participation of Andrea Helfrich, mediumship and coach, Martin's work receives active support. Andrea helps maintain the field and contributes her energy to people's healing processes.
The workshop is designed to open your chakras and meridians, enabling rapid and easy spiritual development, increased life energy, and relief in everyday life for an improved quality of life.

The program is ideally tailored to both individual participants and the group, following the principle of attraction to bring together a suitable group. As a result, the program is customized to meet the specific needs and pace of each participant, without adhering to a classic timetable. A variety of exercises, tailored to the group, are designed to increase life energy (Chi) and unlock the potential within each individual.
The concept of life energy, whether referred to as Chi, Ki, Prana, Shakti, or the Spirit of God, represents the divine light. By increasing one's Chi, individuals are freed from the difficulties and stress in their lives, taking a significant step closer to the divine.
Friday evening (optional, can be booked separately)
The 90-minute Shaktipat meditation starts at 7 p.m.
We then discuss what we experienced.
Saturday & Sunday
Seminar from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (with lunch break).
In the evening, we gather for a group dinner close by, providing an opportunity to unwind and reflect on the day's experiences together.
Immersed in high-vibration, atmospheric music, our spiritual meditation sessions lead us to surrender to heightened vibrations and the opening of inner portals. During these moments of devotion, diverse perceptions and bodily sensations often manifest, while a multitude of thoughts and emotions bid farewell as we directly engage with the light. Embracing this experience calls for an open heart, trust in the process, and a willingness to fully embrace change.
