Therapists, alternative Practitioners, Coaches and all healing Professionals

Working in therapy, medicine, healing, or consulting involves supporting individuals on their unique life journeys, each carrying their own set of challenges. This work demands a lot from those involved and can be emotionally taxing, especially when dealing with difficult or intense topics. While it can be fulfilling, it's important to acknowledge that it also requires a significant amount of energy and can sometimes push individuals to their limits.

As the saying goes, "you always get the clients you need," but they can also trigger emotional responses and consume a great deal of energy. If there's anything specific you'd like to discuss further or if you have any questions, feel free to let me know.

Embrace Self-Love and unlock Your full potential for personal growth and development.

It is essential to prioritize self-reflection and work through personal issues. Stepping out of the "helper hamster wheel" and moving towards transformation is crucial. This is why some participants in workshops and transformation weeks discover their calling in the therapeutic area. They recognize the importance of continual self-engagement and growth. Through focused Shaktipat meditations, individuals can dissolve old impressions and obstacles, and further develop their inner strength. This personal growth serves not only the individual but also their family, patients, or clients.

I've been trying to clean up my life for a long time, to come into harmony with my past so that I can finally arrive and live in the here and now. I am convinced that when we live in the now, we feel better than when we are constantly thinking about the past or the future. The past is a page that has already been written on and that I can no longer change. So why keep digging into these feelings?
I can probably only influence the future a little, it just comes. So why plan anything or sometimes worryingly imagine horror scenarios when things usually turn out completely differently?
For this reason, it makes sense to me that living in the now is key. If I have faith in the present, that nothing bad can happen to me, for example, then everything is fine. I trust that what comes to me is intended for me by the Creator. If there is still a portion of love and gratitude for myself and others in my heart, the world will be fine for me.
I was able to have exactly this experience in the Shaktipat meditations with Martin and Andrea. My trust in my life, the now - and my love for myself and others has become so great that it feels good for me. Since then I have been so grateful that it actually brings tears to my eyes.
if I just report about it.

I also clearly feel a very positive change in my therapeutic work.
Here's a little anecdote: My 90-year-old mother-in-law comes to me regularly for treatment.

But lately she keeps asking me“Are you going to end up doing nothing again?”

I sit in silence in meditation, surrender and let the light flow, as I experienced with Martin.
And my mother-in-law particularly enjoys this effect and change.
