Sequence

Let's start the weekend in a relaxed and at the same time very transformative way with the Kundalini Shakti meditation.

You can book the meditation individually or together with the weekend workshop.

Increasing the energy through meditation on Friday evening is very beneficial for the workshop in order to get to deeper issues more quickly and to be able to resolve them.

Please arrive in time around 6:45 p.m. so that we can all start in peace at 7 p.m.

If you like to meditate while lying down, it's best to bring a surface, such as a yoga mat, a pillow, a blanket and something to drink. Or even a meditation cushion - depending on your individual needs.

Please wear light colored clothing if possible - no black or dark blue tops - thank you.

Friday evening (optional, can be booked separately) The 90-minute Shaktipat meditation starts at 7 p.m. 

We then discuss what we experienced.  

Compensation Meditation Friday: 50 E to be paid in cash on site

Compensation for workshop and Friday evening meditation: €350 to be paid in cash on site
